What are your fees?
Triton IRES' charges a monthly management fee of 5% of the total gross revenue.
I already have a tenant in my property. Will you be able to still manage my property?
Whether your investment property is vacant or occupied, you can rest assured that Triton IRES will treat it with the attention and value it deserves.
How do you screen prospective tenants?
We utilize state of the art electronic systems to screen applicants. Our background/screening services include: criminal, credit, evictions, landlord and sex offender.
How do you take care of repairs and maintenance on properties?
Our maintenance supervisors assign a number buildings to maintenance technicians, and they are in charge of the up keeping and maintenance. We develop a comprehensive PMP (Preventative Maintenance Plan) for each new assignment. The PMP avoids deterioration of our client's assets. Our maintenance supervisors are also in charge of following up with maintenance technician's repairs by calling a random 30% of the tenants who requested repairs. This ensures that our technicians are conducting all work as expected.
Where do you advertise to find qualified tenants?
Triton IRES utilizes several websites that syndicate our rental ads. We also rely heavily in social media, simply because we understand that our prospective renters use social media in their everyday life.
