Typically disbursements are made by check or direct deposit on the 10th of the month, however we can alter this date to fit the needs of specific owners.

Where do you advertise to find qualified tenants?
As members of the National Association of Realtors we are able to advertize your property on the MLS. We also send your listing to approximately 75 web advertizing sources, and use many commercial listing databases such as loopnet, showcase, and costar.

Applicant screening and selection is one of the most important responsibilities property owners and managers face on a daily basis. Make sure you're getting the most complete, in-depth and up-to-date information available in the marketplace today. We work directly with you to design an optimal screening program based on your specific needs, time frame and criteria.
